comfortable but not 4*
location - easy walk to town and trulli houses. Garage for parking at reasonable rate. Reception staff helpful but got the eye roll when asked for directions around hotel again, and no response ( just a stare) when asked for wifi code! Room spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast basic but fine. Comfortable 2 night stay.
Not 4*. Wifi code had to be re entered all the time. Room had a strange smell and decor was dated.

Staff were really helpful, hotel though a little old fashioned, was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Also in a perfect location for exploring.
